In today’s market, “natural” is no longer enough. What people seek is something deeper — a daily ritual that reconnects them with their body, the land, and a sense of meaning. YUAN began with a bar of handmade soap, but what truly defines the brand is its relationship with Yangmingshan — a place, a rhythm, a source of quiet healing. THE PARTNER helped YUAN find a voice that speaks not only of ingredients, but of intentions : A philosophy of co-living and co-thriving, rooted in soil, in care, in clarity.

What we did

  • It began with a quiet principle : what flows through the body should return to the earth. That idea became the brand’s inner compass.
  • Healing, not hygiene, became the tone. A way of speaking that felt gentle, rooted, and calm — like the land it came from.
  • Yangmingshan was no longer just the source of ingredients. It became the emotional origin of the brand.
  • “Co-living and co-thriving” turned into a voice everyone could carry — from labels and signage to farm tours and daily conversations.
